Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 25 August 2026
Plain English: cancel whenever you like, keep access until the period you paid for runs out, and tell us within two weeks of a first charge if it was a mistake.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not end your access immediately. You keep every paid feature until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then the account drops to the Free plan.
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. If you are over the Free plan limits, existing records stay readable and exportable, but you may not be able to add new ones until you are back within the limits.
Free trial
The Pro plan may include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If you do not cancel, the plan renews automatically and the first payment is taken.
Refunds
- First payment on a plan: if you contact us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Charged after forgetting to cancel: tell us within 14 days and we will refund it, provided you have not made heavy use of paid features in that period.
- Our fault: if a fault on our side stopped you using the plan you paid for, we will refund or credit the affected period.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: always refunded in full.
Outside those cases we generally do not refund periods that have already run, because you had access to the service throughout. Renewals are not refunded retroactively for months you did not get round to using.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer, this policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the United Kingdom or of the country where you live.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us which charge you mean. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payments your own clients make to you are a separate matter — those are between you and your client, and we cannot reverse them. See our Terms of Service.
